What this version collects
This version does not collect newsletter addresses, community preferences, skill-share proposals, project submissions, event-work interest, or persistent Gallery Lab media. The visible forms are disabled interface previews.
Gallery Lab files
Local image or video files selected in the Gallery Lab are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to an Art/Tech server. The preview creates a temporary browser URL and revokes it when the file is replaced, the preview is cleared, or the page closes.
Public and private records
Public pages contain reviewed project facts, public workshop artifacts, and public-safe editorial content. Participant email addresses, raw form responses, private Zoom links or recordings, signed grant documents, financial records, and administrative correspondence remain outside the public site and repository.
Third-party links
The resource and field-guide pages link to external sites. Following those links makes your visit subject to the receiving site's privacy practices.
Before forms are activated
Any future newsletter or participation form must identify the service and project owner, explain purpose and consent, collect only useful information, define retention and deletion, protect private responses, and update this page before launch.
Correction or deletion contact
A public project email address has not yet been approved. Contact instructions will be added before any personal information is collected.
